Responsibilities would include:

• Ensure proper operation of your property at all times.

• Weekly interior & exterior inspections of essential mechanical systems - HVAC, Security/Alarm, Plumbing, Generator, Ect.

• Will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to meet the unique needs of your property.

• Develop a preventative maintenance routine.

• Identify and resolve problems.

• Perform handyman tasks and odd Jobs.

• Schedule & coordinate contractors/vendors.

• With a background in security, I will ensure safety measures are in place and implemented.

• Main contact for emergency situations like fire, burglary, temperature and moisture alarms. 

• Be your peace of mind if you go away.
